Founded By A Vision
Sathya Gobiraj grew up witnessing a gap in the Tamil community, which she aims to challenge. She has heard the stories of many Tamil women who are interested in following their dreams and establishing their own companies, but lack the guidance, resources, and supportive partnerships. Sathya also knows women who have overcome obstacles and persevered to become successful entrepreneurs in the community. Realizing the various groups that exist within the community, she knew that bringing these women together will allow for Tamil women be prominent leaders and have an impact in all industries. Sathya has invested a lot of time to her own learning and growth and through a recent course completion was encouraged to develop a community project that was close to her heart. Being a Tamil entrepreneur herself, Sathya knew what she had to do. She envisioned a global network where Tamil women could unite to mentor, learn, and grow together as they make a difference in business and in the world. TEN Women was born.
